A PUBLIC event booking allows you the opportunity to reserve a table in a specific area for exclusive use by your guests. During your event, the venue will remain open to the public. Common facility and attraction areas will be shared with public guests.
A PRIVATE event booking allows you exclusive use of any of our locations. During your private event time frame, we will be closed to the public.
Yes. Children/minors are permitted on Seven Sirens property and may attend parties. We ask that children are supervised with no running on the premises.
The Brewery in Bethlehem has a maximum capacity of 320 guests, with seating available for 150.
The Blendery in Easton accommodates up to 175 guests, with full seating for 175.
Seven Sirens offers three time slots for three-hour events: 1-4pm, 5-8pm, and 9pm-midnight. While we aim to accommodate multiple events per day, we can be flexible if your needs conflict with these timeframes. Please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
All of our venues offer a variety of award-winning craft beers, ciders, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks. Pennsylvania state law limits breweries in the state to serve only Pennsylvania manufactured spirits.
No. Seven Sirens Events requires ALL beverages to be purchased from Seven Sirens Brewing Company.
At our venues, you are always welcome to bring your own food. You may use your preferred caterer, bring food from home, or support local eateries. Additionally, Seven Sirens collaborates with a variety of local chefs and caterers to enhance your experience.
Yes, Seven Sirens offers chafing dish rentals at a rate of $15 each, with a minimum of one week's advance notice required.
Due to the wide variety of colors, sizes, and designs, we ask that you provide your own utensils and paper goods. If using a caterer, they typically supply these items. We also request tablecloths be used where food is served. Seven Sirens does not provide tableware or utensils.
Tables and chairs are included in the rental price, and you may rearrange them as needed. Please return them to their original positions after the event. At The Blendery, we provide round banquet tables with black tablecloths for parties of over 100 guests, along with black covered folding chairs. If providing your own food or using an outside caterer, please supply your own disposable or linen tablecloths for food service and eating tables.
Yes! DJ Alex is our in-house DJ, and we offer a full light and sound system. DJ Alex is reasonably priced at $150 per hour. You are also welcome to bring your own DJ, provided they follow our guidelines.
For liability and insurance purposes, all outside vendors must be pre-registered before arriving on our premises. Upon arrival, they are required to check in with the Event Coordinator or bar manager.
You may begin setting up decorations and food typically one hour before your scheduled start time. We kindly ask that you vacate your reserved space within 30 minutes of your scheduled end time if another event is booked afterward.
For public events at The Blendery, we require an advance Surety deposit. This deposit ensures that the event space is left in its original condition. Furniture must be returned to its original arrangement, and the floor should be left "broom sweep ready." All balloons must be removed or discarded, and confetti, glitter, or feathers are strictly prohibited. Any missing or damaged furnishings or equipment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Once you receive your Event Agreement, please secure your reservation by signing the agreement and submitting a 50% deposit within one week. Your event will be scheduled on our calendar upon preparation of the agreement, so timely deposit is appreciated. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the event. Payments can be made via check, credit card, cash, or Venmo.
While The Blendery is well-heated during colder months, it currently does not have air conditioning or cooling devices, aside from several large fans. Plans to add air conditioning are in place for 2025, but there is no confirmed timeline for installation at this time.
Yes! Toddler parties at The Blendery include a 12' by 12' soft play area. This fenced space features a 1" padded floor, a ball pit, slide, small bouncy animals, and more.
Seven Sirens Brewing Company adheres to a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy for underage drinking. Any minor in possession of alcohol or attempting to purchase any adult beverage, or anyone observed garnishing alcohol to minors or possessing any outside beverage of any kind will be IMMEDIATELY REMOVED and escorted OFF PREMISES without notice or refund. Any presentation of false identification while entering premises or at any time on premises will result in IMMEDIATE removal from premises. Minors of all ages on premises must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Yes, both The Brewery and The Blendery are fully handicap accessible and comply with all federal, state, and local ADA requirements.
